It is not our environment or events around us that shape our lives. Rather it is the meaning we attach to those events and circumstances.

To control our beliefs we need to know what it is. A belief, Anthony Robbins tells us is a “feeling of certainty about something”.
Belief and certainty in ourselves makes us capable of using the vast unused capacity that lies within us.
Think of a belief that would empower you and examine your past experiences or the world around you for proof that will make your belief into a certainty.
Because believing in success alone is not enough. You need to be certain you can achieve it.
Look around you and see people just like you having the success you want. Look at past experiences where you were successful. Learn to create the certainty of belief.
The best way to create this certainty is often to hang out with successful people. When you immerse yourself in the company of people who are successful you quickly see that is is possible.
