Our brains are very complex structures, capable of very complex processes. It forms associations of pain or pleasure with things that have happened to us in the past. For instance if you burn your hand, it associates that with pain and you will avoid burning yourself again.
Many of these associations are designed to protect us. However it can also create associations that prevent us from being successful.
For instance if we fail and it causes us hurt, our brain may protect us from experiencing that pain again.
We can also have negative associations to wealth brought about by their upbringing or culture. They associate it with greed, shallowness or immorality.
They can be more powerful that the pleasure we associate with wealth and can create confusion in your brain.
This can often give us mixed results in our home business online opportunity.
